Here we are, Day 1 and I hope you’re excited to get started! Each day you’ll have:

  • A follow-along core workout that only takes 5 minutes
  • And a quick and easy nutrition tip to implement

Both are designed to help you get a leaner, stronger core in less time.

I encourage you to set aside a few minutes each morning before your day begins to complete your challenge. Get it done before life gets in the way.

If you find yourself in “rush mode” the moment you open your eyes, try waking up 10-15 minutes earlier and dedicating that time to yourself – without checking emails or Facebook. 😉

Ok, let’s jump right in and get started…


Day 1 Strong Core Workout

Today we’ll master some of the basic core exercises including planks, side planks, V-sit holds, and the dead bug. LOL that one always gets me 😉 Click the video to get started now.


Day 1 Nutrition Challenge: Drink a Glass of Lemon Water

Getting plenty of water each day will do wonders for your health… you know that already.

But what you may not know is the amazing fat burning and health benefits of drinking a glass of water with lemon.

Lemons, although acidic, actually help alkalinize your bodies PH.

If you’re not sure why this is important, keep this in mind…

Cancers, infections and diseases thrive in acidic environments.

When we eat unhealthy foods and are under stress, our body’s PH level becomes more acidic – making us more susceptible to being sick and feeling crummy.

Keeping a slightly alkaline PH level (opposite of acidic) is the secret to great health, energy and longevity.

Today drink at least 1 glass of lemon water.

Best time to start is when you first wake up.

Tip: Brushing your teeth right before drinking your lemon water will increase the bitter taste. We recommend drinking it prior to doing anything else.

Making this concoction couldn’t be simpler. Squeeze a full lemon into a water glass, add 12 -16 ounces of water, drink – viola!
