The health & safety of our community is our top priority. We’ve made some adjustments to how we operate to keep our community, clients, & team safe.

Before arriving to your first session at the studio we will need an signed Waiver Addendum and Policies Update which are also outlined in more detail below.

Alright, now onto some of the updates:

New Schedule & Sessions

We had to change up the schedule a bit for various reasons (capacity, budget, staffing, availability) and the new changes include:

  • New 30 minutes sessions (but don’t worry these will be better and badder…I’ll share why below)
  • With that we’ll have MORE sessions throughout the day meaning more options for you!
  • We’ll be STAYING OUTSIDE unless it’s storming or we have a crazy heat wave and will post in the Facebook Group that morning
  • And since we can only have 8 per session to allow for 14 feet of social distancing that means LOTS of extra coaching and attention at half the cost! BONUS!
  • Eliminating some times to include Sunday, evenings, and mid morning sessions on Tuesday and Thursday

Studio Schedule for July 12 -18:

  • Mon, Wed, Fri 6:00 am, 6:45 am, 7:30 am, 8:15 am, 9 am
  • Tues/Thurs 6:00 am
  • Saturday 7:15 am and 8 am

Our virtual studio schedule will continue but we may have to make some changes so please keep up with announcements in the Facebook Group and on Zenplanner.

Through July we will be offering virtual sessions on an unlimited basis as a bonus to you and encourage you to attend to get in extra sessions or if you’re not comfortable returning to the studio 😉

Virtual Schedule July 12 -18:

  • Mon – Fri 6:00 am
  • Mon – Fri  9:00 am

Stay tuned for the following weeks as we may have to make some adjustments.


Some times overlap and make sure you’re scheduled correctly for virtual or the studio. Late cancels and no-shows are unacceptable and we cannot allow you to take a session if you’re not registered. New policy outlines are below.

Session FAQ’s:

Where did some of the other session times go?

Unfortunately, we did have to remove some times from the schedule.

We removed slow times on Tuesday and Thursday that we’re only getting in 3-4 people per session long before we had to close the physical space.

Our Sunday sessions are off for now as summers are usually slow with travel and vacations.

Evenings – Unfortunately, Dave also had to change his scheduling and will be utilizing the studio much later than before. We wouldn’t be able to start until 8 or 8:15 pm which is a tough time for a lot of people including myself.

How many sessions can I attend?

Plan to attend your usual number of WEEKLY sessions for now. If we find that people are unable to get into a time slot we will go to plan B, but our goal is to see how things go for now with more session times as well as virtual sessions to spread everyone out 😉

To help with capacity, we are also adding on unlimited virtual workouts for everyone during the month of July (these will go to limited based on your membership plan in August).

New Workout Format: Rest Based Workouts 

I’m so pumped about our new 30-min workout format!

When it comes to working out it’s all about QUALITY over QUANTITY.

And personally I don’t like to spend a lot of time working out so this is the exact format I use!

You can workout longer but you tend to get the same workout in by pacing yourself.

So to maximize your time and get the most from the workouts we will be using what’s known as Rest Based Training.

We will be limiting planned breaks and allow you to work as hard as you can as long as you can until you need a break.

This will make your workout be more intense, keep your heart rate up more and actually get you BETTER results.

Don’t look at it as taking something away, we’re just making your workout more effective and saving you time!

You’ll be surprised at how much this will kick your butt! 🙂

What To Expect When You Come In

UPDATE: We will be staying outdoors for sessions until further notice and will announce otherwise pending weather! Park to the side of the building, feel free to grab a spot when you get there if the last class has left, and wear your mask to and from your spot. Restrooms will still be available.

Wait in your car until we waive you to come in a few minutes before the workout. 


You must wear a mask into the studio and as you’re walking about the studio. Mask can be removed once in your personal space if you have difficulty breathing or a medical condition that requires you to do so.

Social Distancing

Maintain social distancing of 6 feet apart as you enter the studio.

All seating and tables have been removed from our lobby area and clients will not be allowed to gather. This also gives our clients a direct and unobstructed path to the workout area.

Additionally, you will have your own dedicated private space to work out in during the entire session. Please stay in your space unless using the bathroom.

The Coaching Alley 

We have created a Coaching Alley. The coach will be staying in the center or end of the room in the Coaching Alley at a safe distance from all members.

Hand Sanitizer

There are hand sanitizing stations throughout the studio. Please sanitize hands upon entry.

Personal Belongings

Move directly to your training spot and take all your personal belongings with you and place in your personal workout area.

Please only bring water with a closed lid into the studio to prevent spills.

Please refrain from using your cell phone on the gym floor and have turned to silent.


Restrooms will be open but for capacity and safety issues will not be able to use them in between sessions to clean up and get ready for the day. Restroom doors will remain open to avoid touching door handles until leaving the bathroom after washing hands. The lights in the bathrooms are on motion detectors eliminating contamination on light switches. Please wash your hands after use.

Please stay home if you’re not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who has Covid (see more on this below).


Our Enhanced Cleaning Protocols 

Deep Cleans

We will have the facility deep cleaned weekly from our professional cleaning service. Everything in the gym will be deep cleaned with a disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19.

What the BFF Team Will Be Doing

After every workout, in addition to coaching our clients, the BFF Team will be disinfecting and cleaning everything that was used in the previous session including weights, turf, counter tops, handles, and any other equipment or surfaces used. 

Signage will be visible throughout the facility regarding our strict regulations for cleanliness and safety.

The Staff Health Check

All BFF Team members will be verbally asked daily the Covid questions. Their temperatures will be checked and they will be masked during your sessions. 

Your Equipment

You will not share equipment with anyone during the workout. 

All equipment needed will be pre-staged in your workout area. Should you need any equipment or exercise modifications please let your coach know and she will make the necessary adjustments ensuring any equipment moving from one station to another, is first sanitized.

It’s very important that any piece of equipment is sanitized and wiped vigorously. Please leave any used equipment in your space when finished.

We will temporarily NOT be using the following equipment in the initial phases: Foam rollers or therapy balls, foam pads, mats, bands, or balls.

You should bring your own mat if you wish to do any exercise that would require lying down on the floor. We are not able to provide mats at this time.

Additional Protocols and Policies

New Waiver & Policies

You will need to print and sign our new waiver and policies document before being able to workout at the studio again. Get that document HERE.  We will have some available at the studio but please READ THE ENTIRE document ahead of time.

Late Arrivals 

Please arrive on time for your session. Arriving more than 5 minutes after the session starts increases risk of injury and is disruptive to the coaches and others in class. 


All sessions must be scheduled in the ZenPlanner App at least 1 hour before your session and canceled at least 2 hours before your session. 

Due to limited space and staffing and to allow for proper set up, we will not be able to allow you to attend a session if you aren’t on the schedule.

Also, since we are running sessions at 40% capacity this greatly limits space for many that would like to attend live sessions. 

Be respectful of the amazing ladies in our community and allow others to take your spot if you can’t make it by canceling a minimum of 2 hours or more in advance of your session in ZenPlanner. 


So please double check your reservations and cancellations.

We get emergencies occasionally happen, so please contact us immediately if you are unable to cancel a scheduled session by calling/texting 781-754-4062. 

No call/no shows and late cancels on full sessions will incur a $10 charge that will be donated to charity. Repeated offenses will limit you from scheduling during busy hours.

We will not be staffing the front desk to avoid any gathering so please text or call our number 781-754-4062 for schedule issues or concerns. 

1-1 Personal Training

We will now be offering 1-1 personal training sessions for people that feel more comfortable in this situation. Please email becky@beckyfoxfitness.com with 1-1 in the subject for details

Member Responsibility 

We have taken a lot of time and energy to put these changes in place. We are confident our new protocols will be effective if we all ensure we do our part – which we are fully confident in our BFF Family! 

We ask that all members come to BFF with the approach of one of our core values; BE A PRO. Please go above and beyond for the next group to come in. We will do our part to do so, and we ask that you do too. 

Please practice social distancing, please limit person-to-person contact. We love to give high fives, but due to the guidelines of the government that are in place, we ask that at this time, we do not make contact. We will encourage each other from a safe distance! 

If you feel unwell, have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home & we will happily reschedule your session. If so please remove yourself from Zenplanner and if within the 2 hour window call and text us right away 781-754-4062. We ask you do not come to the gym until your symptom-free and fever-free for three days. 

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the gym for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19. 

Though this may seem like a lot at the first glance, but once you get back to the gym and feel our famous BFF energy… you will be “right at home”. We are confident that together we will keep BFF the place we love & feel safe! 

BFF is Continuously Monitoring the Situation 

We are taking every precaution we can to keep our team and community safe…and we highly recommend you do the same. We are keeping up to date with the guidelines laid out by the government. We are fully aware that there may be a second wave of Covid-19, and we are fully prepared. 

If there is a reported case of COVID-19 at BFF and you may have been in contact with that individual, you will be notified IMMEDIATELY. We’ll take the appropriate safety precautions to disinfect the entire facility. 

We are prepared and ready to respond as the situation evolves. We keep your safety and health in our best interest.
