What if you could boost your metabolism without counting calories, resorting to tiny portions or giving up  the foods you love?

 Why did you join Fox Fitness?

I was at a critical juncture in my life in. I was sending my oldest off to college and my youngest off to kingergarten.

I thought it might be time to spend some time focusing on me.

I wanted to be off the rollercoaster and wanted something I could create for myself that I could be consistent with instead of following this fad or that fad.

From the first moment I talked to Becky, I knew that she heard and understood my story because she heard it from other women.

It’s such a postive and motivating place. From my first day there it was easy to get hooked.

What results have you seen so far? 

I’m taking better care of myself and it shows when I look in the mirror.

My body size has changed. I’ve lost inches, my clothes fit better. I went down two clothes sizes.

I’ve lost 20 pounds although I don’t like to get too focused on the scale.

I like how I feel and how my clothes feel when I put them on, so I focus on that.

I have more energy and it sustains me through the day. I don’t drag in the morning. I have a very sedentarty job, so starting my day this way really prepares me for the rest of my day.

I have more confidence.

I believe I’ve found something that works for me that I love doing.

It’s not a chore to go to the gym. I enjoy it. It’s not a burden to exercise.

It’s fun and I look forward to doing it!

What has this lead to?

People haven’t seen me in awhile say “Wow! You look great!” and even though I’m doing this for me, it’s nice to hear someone give you that compliment.

What’s been your favorite result so far?

My favorite result is really being excited about exercising. I’ve incorporated that into my lifestyle.

I’ve exercised on my own in the past, but I never really committed to doing something like this.

I’ve even recently upgraded from going 3x/week to going unlimited.

I’ve just never made this kind of commitment before.

What do you like about training at Becky Fox Fitness?

There’s an enormous, positive energy that comes along with going there. The women are positive, they are motivating, and it’s really a community.

Not only have I made friends, but we are there to encourage and push each other. It’s not just the trainers helping, it’s the community of women that go there.

Early on I actually had a pinched nerve that was radiating down my neck so I had to modify a few things. They were incredibly accomodating and really made sure I didn’t further injure myself.

Anyone who’s good at training can help get you results so what is it about Becky and her program that’s different?

Becky is super positive and super knowledgeable. She personalizes things for me and everyone that’s there. She’s really interested and motivated in your success and finding what that means for each person.

It really is about you and motivating you to be what it is you want to be.

Everyone has different goals and she’s invested in those outcomes with you.

She even will text and provide encouragement. It’s a level of investment I didn’t even know existed in a gym. I feel a little spoiled.

This is something that’s not easily found!

What would you tell someone who is thinking of joining?
