Membership Hold Request
Heading away for work? Have extended travel coming up? Or surgery scheduled?
- You have the option to put your program on hold a minimum of 1 month up to 2 months per year.
- Additional hold times possibly granted in special circumstances.
- We ask for your membership hold request to be submitted 14 days before the date you would like to start your hold, except in the case of injury with a doctor’s note. If there is a bill date during that time, you will still be billed for the month but your next due date will be moved up accordingly so you don’t lose any sessions.
- Please note: You will lose access to the recorded workouts, recipe guides, bonus challenges, and Facebook Group during your hold and can rejoin once you return.
This is not a membership cancellation request.
