Before starting at BFF, Jenn Geswell felt lost and frustrated. 

She tried a lot of different workout programs, home workouts, you name it, but couldn’t find anything that worked, that she could stick to or that even felt like it was doing anything to get her results.

She was self-conscious and found large gyms to be intimidating. 

On top of that, she was cranky and tired all the time. 

She knew something had to change. 

That’s when she decided to take a leap and try something different. 

That lead her to BFF.

Since starting she’s been more consistent than she’s ever been! 

She’s dedicated to her fitness and now enjoys working out. She’s finally found something she can stick to and stay consistent with.

But the best part is she notices she has so much more energy and stamina! 

She even recently wore a tank top when she was at the pool with her kids, something she normally wouldn’t do, and her husband noticed how toned her arms were!

When asked what’s made the biggest difference, she says, 

“The environment and the other members make it enjoyable. The workouts are always changing and always a surprise. I look forward to working out!”
