Hi, I’m Becky!

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years (and absolutely love it!). As a fitness expert and fitness model, I’ve been featured on various media outlets including ABC, NBC, FOX, ESPN, WHNZ, The Business Journal, Women’s Running Magazine, Power Systems, and more!

Not only have I helped 1000’s of women look and feel their best, but I’ve also felt the frustration and disappointment that you may be feeling now because you don’t have the body or energy you once had when you were younger.

I’ve tried more fitness and diet programs than I can count. Programs that left me yo-yo-ing back and forth, gaining and losing the same weight over and over again.

I’ve done programs with LOTS of cardio, wondering why I was constantly drained or getting the results I desired.

I’ve tried low-calorie, low-fat, low-carb and just about everything in between. And not only did I eventually give up and give in, but when I did it was embarrassing. I would secretly binge on sweets only to feel more guilty. For instance, I ate an entire bag of oreos in a single day following my first fitness competition…and it didn’t stop there. I gained 20 pounds back the first 3 months following the competition.

It was frustrating and depressing to constantly be in a cycle of working so hard only to fall off track and feel like a complete failure.

I started to wonder, “What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I stick with anything? Why is this “healthy” plan leaving me tired?”

What I discovered is that I was going about it the wrong way.

Extreme just wasn’t working.

It’s too hard to stick to, especially when my schedule got real busy with work and life.

I was constantly drained rather than energized.

I started dreading workouts and cardboard meals.

And I knew there had to be a better way.

I was just plain tired and knew something had to change.

So, my passion for fitness turned into a mission to uncover a way to lose weight and keep it off without feeling deprived, constantly starving, or without spending hours in the gym bored out of my mind.

And what I found is such a simple approach that’s enjoyable, easy to follow, and fits well into my lifestyle without having to constantly make sacrifices or feel miserable.

That’s why I do what I do today…to share what I’ve learned with women all over the world so they can get fitter, stronger, and more confident without having to follow an extreme diet or demanding work schedule.

It’s workouts that maximize your time so you get amazing results, in less time.

It’s a nutrition plan that leaves you feeling energized and satisfied without having to eat cardboard tasting foods or give up the foods you love.

It’s a way to help you feel more confident inside and out so you can be your best and achieve all your goals.

And I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with you!
