#1: Metabolic Fitness Training

Ok, so you know you need to workout but what you may not know is there is a big difference from just hopping on the treadmill for hours at a time to actually doing workouts that get you results.

And that’s where interval training combined with strength training, or what I like to call metabolic training comes in.

When you combine short bursts of more challenging cardio with weight training you actually boost your fat burning 10x.

That means faster results in less time.

Whereas, steady cardio, like running on the treadmill only burns calories WHILE you are working out…

…metabolic training boosts your metabolism and burns more calories even AFTER your workout is over.

It’s really a win-win and why we make it such a main focus of our program!

#2: Nutrition

When I talk about nutrition I’m not talking about dieting. I hate dieting.

Anything short-term will NEVER work.

That’s why diets have such a high failure rate.

When it comes to nutrition the key to success is making small changes that you can actually stick to and that overtime become a part of your lifestyle.

It’s the only way to get the weight off and keep it off.

#3: Accountability

How many times have you said “I know what to do, I’m just not doing it?”

Probably too many, right?

The reason we struggle isn’t usually because we don’t know enough…

…it’s really because we need some accountability.

Someone that has our back.

Someone that keeps us moving forward, even when we don’t feel like it.

It’s why I personally use coaches in my business and personal life.

Yeah I know what to do….I just sometimes need that kick in the pants!

#4 Support

This is one of the most overlooked pieces of weight loss and fitness success.

Surrounding yourself with others who are positive, encouraging and motivating keeps you on track when it’s tough and picks you up when you’re having a rough day.

Because we all know it’s going to happen…right?

But when we try to “do it alone” it’s infinitely harder to follow through.

Having a support team that lifts you up can really mean the difference in following through or not.
