I used to think I had to spend at least an hour working out or it wasn’t worth it.
I would often even workout twice a day for 45-60 minutes each time.
But these days life is too busy to spend that much time on the treadmill, elliptical or hitting the weights.
And frankly I have zero desire to workout that much!
Luckily, I learned along the way that you don’t have to spend hours sweating to lose weight or get fit…
…and that all those long hours I spent were actually counterproductive.
Now most days my workouts last 15-30 minutes.

15 Minute Metabolic Burn Workout
What equipment do you need?
A heavy dumbbell.
Complete :30 seconds work followed by :15 seconds rest for 3 rounds of each taking a :30 break between circuit.
1. Squat w/ Knee Drive
2. Dumbbell Rows
3. Plank Taps
4. Skater Hops
5. Russian Twist
6. Pop Squat Pulse
7. Jumping Jack
